Shipping policy

i currently ship from california to all 50 u.s. states and over 25 countries worldwide!! Shipping in the U.S is free if you spend $35 and up! 

🕒 processing time:  
since most items are made to order, please allow **5–7 business days** for your order to be packed and shipped. during busy times (like sales or holidays), it might take a bit longer, but i’ll always keep you updated if anything changes. :)

🚚 shipping methods:

**u.s. orders:**  
shipped via usps first class with tracking

**international orders:**  
shipped via ups or dhl, depending on your location. tracking is always included.  
**international customers are responsible for all shipping costs.**

📬 estimated delivery times:

u.s. orders:
2–6 business days after shipping

international orders:
typically 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing

🌍 customs + duties:  
international customers may be responsible for **customs fees, duties, or taxes** imposed by their country.  
since these charges are set by local authorities, i can’t control or cover them — but i’m happy to help if you have questions.

🚫 lost or delayed packages:  
once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are out of my control.  
if your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, feel free to reach out — i’ll always do what i can to help.

📦 shipping address:  
please make sure your shipping info is correct before placing your order.  
i can’t refund or replace packages shipped to the wrong address unless they’re returned to me!
