Refund policy
i’m so grateful you chose saratonin jewelry! each piece is handmade with care just for you, but i want you to be happy with your purchase.
returns:
if something isn’t quite right, no worries — you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
eu and uk customers:
by law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after you receive it, for any reason. this means you can decide to keep the item or return it within 14 calendar days from the day it’s delivered to you.
after notifying me that you want to return the item within this 14-day period, you usually have another 14 days to send the item back.
once i receive the returned item, i will process your refund.
everyone else: i accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
please make sure your item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. due to the personal and sanitary nature of some items, custom, personalized, and hygiene-sensitive pieces (like earrings) can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
damaged or incorrect orders:
please check your order as soon as it arrives! if anything is damaged or not what you expected, reach out within 3 days of delivery with photos, and i’ll do everything i can to make it right.
exchanges:
to exchange something, just return your original item first, then place a new order for the piece you want.
refunds:
once i receive and inspect your return, i’ll let you know if the refund is approved. refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process it.
if it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, just reach out!
order cancellations:
because every piece is made to order, i accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. after that, your order might already be in progress and can’t be canceled. if you need help or made a mistake, please message me asap via live chat or email, and i’ll do my best to assist.
how to start a return

contact me within 14 days of delivery — send a message on Instagram or through live chat with your order number and reason for the return.

wait for approval — i’ll review your request and let you know if your return is accepted.

receive return instructions — if approved, i’ll send you all the details you need to send your item back.

ship your item back — please send the item unused, in its original condition and packaging. return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility :)

get your refund — once i receive and inspect the item, i’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
